Do items come with warranty?
All items are tested and working unless stated otherwise. Should you have any issues with an item, we offer a 60-day warranty from the date of sale.

What payment types do we accept?
If you are buying via the website, you can pay by debit or credit card. All items bought from the website are posted with tracking. (If you would like to pay via bank transfer and have item posted please contact us)

If you are collecting, payment can be made by bank transfer into our business account or by cash.
​
Promo Codes
You can only use one promo code per order; using multiple promo codes for a single order is not allowed.

How do returns work?
Posted items: If there are any issues with your items, we will cover the return postage. If the buyer changes their mind, they are responsible for the return postage.

Items that have been collected must be returned in the manner.
​
If you have any issues within your 60 days warranty we offer you a Replacement, Repair or Refund. (Please allow up to 7 working days for Replacements, Repairs or Refunds)​

We are based in York, very close to the city centre near Morrisons, James, St.

We do not have a physical shop, though we do provide collection option from our York storage facility.
